Luggage Tag Design

I am looking for a fun design to make luggage tags out of for my parents.

They are going on a second honeymoon this December on the Disney Magic and I am making them a bag of stuff to take. I seem to have a Nemo theme going on with the items in the bag (sunblock, band aids, chapstick, snacks...) so I was thinking I should try to find something Nemo but it doesn't have to be.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestion on what I should use?

Check out themouseforless.com under the downloads they have luggage tags. I don't know if there is anything there you would like but check it out. They have a lot of fun stuff to download for a trip.
