Moving from Pop to Swan -- will bell services pick up our luggage at Pop and move to Swan for us since it isn't technically "Disney" owned?

They will not. You'll have to take a cab or utilize a service like Uber.

They will move luggage between Swan/Dolphin. I didn't think they did either but we had a stay there last year and found out they will indeed get the bags
