Luggage question

We are checking out on a Monday, but our flight doesn't leave until 4PM. Are the resorts able to "hold" your luggage until you leave (like they hold the luggage if your room isn't available when checking in)? Thanks!

Have done it many times or even better if you are using magical express you can check them in to the airline at your hotel in the morning and then go enjoy the park.

be aware that if using ME they will want you to board the bus 3 hrs before your flight...this is to insure you get to MCO and checked through security.....


And YES check your bags through the airline at your resort.....!!!!! this is a big bonus i think. not having to lug your bags into MCO??? or do you still have to take your bags in the airport?

If you check your bags with your airline at your hotel, they will deliver them to the airport. It is only offered for certain airlines though. And depending on your flight time, sometimes you have to turn your bags over the night before so they can be taken to the airport.

To use the airport desk at the resort you have to have your luggage there at least 3 hours before your flight time. Instead of leaving your luggage with bell services and having to check it when you get to the airport, use the airport desk. We do this every trip, we just take the luggage to the desk in the morning, have them check it and print our boarding passes. We then leave any carryons with bell services, head to a park and then get back in time to get the carryons and head to the airport. Since we have a rental car we usually plan to be at security at MCO an hour and half before the flight.

You don't need to be using ME in order to take advantage of RAC. Regardless of how you are getting to the airport, ME, car, car service, camel, walking (not recommended), taxi you can leave your bag and have them delivered to the airport; as long as you are using a participating airline.

You can't check your bags with RAC the night before, unless things have changed in the last 2 months.
