Luggage pick-up at LAX

Can someone please tell me how long did it take them to claim their luggage from LAX?

This is my first trip to LAX and wanted to know kinda how long the process is. I heard the aiport is huge.

We arrived at LAX at 10:45 am and had our luggage by 11:00! We caught the Airport Bus, and were at Disneyland Hotel, by noon. It wasnt too busy in the airport, and at least where we arrived you went straight down the escalator to pick up your luggage and out the door next to that for the bus. All very convenient. Took us about half an hour last week when we came from Toronto. However, our flight was about 45 minutes late so the crew that was supposed to unload our luggage had long gone and they had to wait for another crew to be available.
