Luggage mix-up possible?

We are going on the 4 day cruise on Sept. 25th, and we will be using the Disney transporpation .However, we will be arrining at Orlando Airport by Air Tran, but departing on Southwest.
My concern is that our luggage will not be placed on the right airline.

Should I be concerned? Any suggestions?

Gramps:
Not to worry. When yoy depart the ship, you must accompany all of your luggage through customs. When leaving the terminal, you just tell your skycap which airline you are flying and they wil escort you and your luggage to the proper transportation area. Have a great trip.
