What is the procedure other than hauling it to the room all by yourself?

You just park out front, tell the CM when you check in that you need a cart. You then drive to your "lot" and park and head to your room. They will bring the cart to your room and then you can proceed to haul your stuff. I only did this once, and I waited less than 15 minutes for a cart.

great thanks! We usually check in, head to the room and then I have to beg and plead DH to get the luggage!!

This is one of the main reasons I love deluxe.....drive up, drop off and deliver!
