Are there luggage carts available for international travellers at Orlando airport?
How much are they?

There are definitely luggage carts. I am thinking they are $1.50 or $2.00 each but I can remember exactly. Maybe someone else know for sure.

If you're coming from Canada you probably won't be considered an "international" flight because from most Canadian airports you clear U.S. Customs & Immigration at the Canadian airport. So upon landing here you have no formalities. Domestic gates are used. Just get your luggage at baggage claim and go.
