hi everyone,
Recently, I was on the boards and someone said that if you stay at the hyatt (at the orlando airport), the hotel will give your luggage to the disney cruise line buses whether or not your going to take the bus to the terminal. Does anyone know if this is true?
thanks, Renee
This was a question I had last March since we had DCL transfers and we decided to take a Limo service instead. Since we had transfers from DCL purchased we could of used the DCL service to get our luggage to the port. We opted to take the luggage ourselves. Now if you don't have DCL transfers I can't answer that one. I do think next March ('04) we might just let DCL do it for us even though we my opt to rent the limo once again. Right now we have DCL transfers. Kathy
Just curious- why would you purchase DCL transfers but use a limo instead? I plan on using a limo- but NOT paying for DCL transfers- so I'm just curious what's the reason for doing that?
There have been some reports that people have been able to have DCL transfer their luggage without having purchased the transfers. I personally would not want to count on this. I think it would be very easy for someone to check your luggage tags against some list of people who do not have transfers and leave your luggage behind. The incovenience this would cause would be far greater than the effort involved in bringing your luggage with you when you travel to the port. If you're renting a limo or town car, I would think that the driver would help you with your bags. It just doesn't seem worth it to me.
