Luggage and moving from BLT to RR

We have a split stay this month. Do they still provide a service that takes your luggage from one resort to another?

Yes, just call Bell Services or bring your luggage down and they’ll transport it. If you have any refrigerator or freezer items, bag them and label clearly, and they’ll keep them at proper temperature. Be aware that your luggage may not arrive until around 4 PM, and your room may not be ready until then or later, so keep with you anything you’ll need before then. Tips are expected at each end of the process!

we just did RR to AKL last week and they did the luggage transfer no problem.
