I have a dilemma:

Do we use one of our half board plus vouchers for the Lucky Nugget during lunchtime and get up early in the morning on that day and have a smaller breakfast then will be hungry for the buffet at lunchtime and then snack at tea time.....

OR

Go to Cafe Mickey in the evening (bearing in mind that my mum thought the food was dreadful here 3 years ago and thinks it's a waste of money) although I thought the character interaction here was fab and having looked at the menu it seems totally different from 3 years ago and am thinking we could all get pizza and desserts (which my parents love) using our half board plus vouchers as payment.

I have no experience of the Lucky Nugget.....how will it be compared to Cafe Mickey for character interaction for my little girl as that's all I'm really concerned about.

I want her to have a great character experience but need my parents well fed too as it's them paying for our trip........I'm trying to please everyone.

All opinions welcome.......thanking you......

Your other option is to do cafe mickey at lunchtime as it is often quieter then so you get more character time - sorry that doesnt help throwing another option in does it?

What time do you arrive on the first day? you could do a character lunch that day as you wont have had a large breakfast

Yeah could go for a cafe micky pizza lunch......didn't think of that.

We arrive in the afternoon on arrival day so was going to book the Parkside Diner for our evening meal.

if you wanted to go to Lucky Nugget you could go later - about 3.30 ish to give you time to build up an appetite after your big breakfast

Isn't the Lucky Nugget only open for lunch until 3pm though - it closes then as far as I know, then opens later for the birthday tea party.

And if you go for a Cafe Mickey lunch around 3.30pm, you won't see the characters there either I'm afraid.

Oh yes I was forgetting it was used now for the tea party and of course it may change completely when the Goofy show thing is introduced
