Went to Germaine's Luau in Sept. 2017. It was a nice show, and they allowed guests on stage for some hula dances. The pork was outrageously good, and it was cooked underground. The moment they pulled it out, it was falling off the bone, and the smell made us salivate. I liked seeing what I was gonna eat was fresh, hot, and tender. The facilities are older, though. Not sure how this place has fared after the pandemic.
