Last trip we took our 6 and 3 year old to the Hoop de Doo. They loved it. This trip they wanted to try the Luau. The only difference is that we will have a new baby in the family who will be about 5 months old. Which Dinner Show would be better to bring an infant to? She won't be able to sit on her own yet. So, we will have to hold her or keep her in her infant carrier. :wave2:

My kids love them both but there seems to be more room at the Luau if you had to place the baby on your lap. The food at both is terrific, the atmosphere at the Luau is a bit more relaxed. My 7 year old DD really Loved the Luau. The tables at the Hoop de Doo can get pretty tight. ENJOY!
Cheers

We have been to both with kids. There ages about the same as yours. Hoop Dee Doo is tight, but kept the kids attention much better than the Luau.
We all enjoyed our dinner as well as the show. The Luau got a little boring for the kids. Just my opinion.

I've been to Hoop dee Doo and daughter 3 enjoyed it. Another little one - 8 months was too tired to enjoy anything.

But they both really loved the Mickey's BackYard Barbeque- we have been to it 3 times now and each time they have a blast and enjoy all the food too! They get to dance with Mickey and Minnie and Chip and Dale, etc. and can go wild...

My Dds 5 & 8 have been to both and they enjoyed both but Hoop Dee Doo they hade more fun. Definitely keeps their attention more.

We are doing Hoop De Doo with our 3.5 year old, we watched some clips from the show on the Travel Channel one night and my dd thinks it looks like fun. So hopefully, she will enjoy it. I am looking forward to Strawberry Shortcake and unlimited Sangria! lol
:goodvibes
