Does anyone know what accommodations they make for vegetarians at LTT?

On the AYCTE menu, you get green beans and mashed potatoes, plus salad. But you might get something else. The lunch menu is rather limited now.

Does anyone know what accommodations they make for vegetarians at LTT?

Sadly it used to be one of our favorites for the veggie burger and sweet potato fries, but I don't think we will be returning. Not paying those all you can eat prices. Even the pasta dish as a vegetarian entree is absurdly priced.

Bummer, that stinks. I was hoping it was more along the lines of the vegetarian substitutions you get at The Garden Grill in Epcot.
