I currently have a lunch res at LTT on Sunday for a group of 10. I am debating taking that much time (maybe money too for some) for lunch and wondering if we should do CS instead...

So my question is - could I just order a few Ooey Gooey Toffee Cakes to go if I cancel my res. in advance or wont they let me order something to go.

Getting "to go" at TS restaurants is brought up a lot here and generally the answer is no.

Some people have had luck getting pretzel bread and cheese soup from Le Celler (sp?) but its hit and miss.

As the PP said, most of the TS restaurants at WDW do not do "to go" in the classical sense. You can certainly have a meal there and box up the left overs, but typically you cannot walk up to the podium and order something. There have been exceptions, but it's not something I would count on being able to do.

Most commonly, this question comes up in reference to the cheddar cheese soup and pretzel breadsticks at Le Cellier in Epcot, but the answer seems to hold for all TS venues.

Sorry, Disney TS restaurants will generally not take "to go" orders.

However, I don't see why they couldn't accomodate you if you keep your ADR. If I'm able to get an ADR at a certain time, sit down, and then as soon as I'm served my meal, ask for it to go, I don't see where that would be a problkem. I think the key to to go orders at TS resturants is probably whether or not you have an ADR there. If you don't have an ADR, the kitchen can't be expected to handle the extra load.
