Which restaurant do you think if better, the food that is. Liberty Tree Tavern or Crystal Palace. I would like to know about the main food & dessert. Thanks

They are so different food-wise IMO! CP is typical buffet, but very good! They also have the dessert bar, so you have lots of choices and it was quite yummy when we went. You also have the added plus of the Pooh characters, which I love! Unfortunately, it's been a year since we've been there, so I don't remember detailed info on the food like I do on LTT. We did LTT during MNSSHP in Oct. and it was delicious! The food is brought to your table "family style" but you can get more of anything you run out of. It has salad with a yummy strawberry vinigrette dressing, turkey, ham, flank steak and several veggies (mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, green beans), rolls and then a cherry cobbler with ice cream! It was really excellent. I think food-wise I would have to vote for LTT, but character interaction was better for us at CP. Either one is great and you will enjoy whichever one you choose.

They are both very good. CP will have a bit more variety and better desserts though.

We went to LTT for the first time this year and all I can say is....

OMG!!!

The food was awesome - we left there feeling sick to our stomach's because we ate so much. This is now my new favorite WDW restaurant for dinner. The food is Thanksgiving dinner and the gravy was real turkey gravy :goodvibes There is only one dessert at this restaurant and it was cherry cobbler which was very good.

Wow that sounds sooo good. It seems that the majority picks LTT. I do love dessert, so what are the desserts like at the CP?

I would have to pick CP. The variety of food is very good. One thing that stands out is the Wild mushroom chicken pasta with asaigo cheese, I made it just the other night. Yummy. They have salads, the salmon was out of this world, pasta, chicken, potatoes, veggies, and the desserts ( a great variety). They also have pooh and pals and how I love eyeore. :cool1:

Wow this is a tough choice. I am trying to do different things this time. It seems like I always choose the same restaurants. I am just happy that we get to eat breakfast in the castle  If anyone else is going Jan 21st & after there was a couple times available at the castle. I even called past the 90 day mark.
