LTT or CP before MVMCP

DD14 and I are debating between LTT and CP before MVMCP. We currently have reservations for both. Any recommendations? Also, does LTT serve entrees off the menu as well as the buffet or only the buffet on the night of MVMCP? Thank you. Debby

Hmm, we really loved LTT for MNSSHP but I have a feeling I would like CP for christmas time instead. BUT LTT does serve that holdiay kinda food and you don't have to get up and serve yourself. I would probably base it more on what characters you rather see.

We traditionally eat at LTT before MVMCP. We like the preplated meal. It isn't a buffet at all. In fact, you can't order anything different any night...it's always the same. You can order off the menu for lunch but that's the only time. FOr dinner you will get a platter with turkey, beef and pork(I believe there's pork), mashed potatoes, green beans, salad, breads and dessert...an apple crisp type thing. Minnie is there, with maybe Goofy, Chip/Dale and one or two others.
At Crystal Palace you have a traditional buffet. And Winnie the Pooh and friends are running around. It all depends on which type of food you prefer or what characters you like.

I've eaten at both a few times and hands down I prefer the food at Crystal Palace, and my kids definitely prefer the food at Crystal Palace. I know you have to get up and down but that doesn't bother me if the food is better.

We're not crazy about the mac and cheese and the veggies...but I LOVE the bread, butter, and salad dressing at LTT. I also enjoy the atmosphere for Halloween but haven't eaten there for Christmas.

I've eaten at CP for Christmas and it's decorated nice but the characters don't wear anything festive. They do at LTT.

We've got ressies for LTT before the MVMCP on Nov. 29th. I havent tried this place before, but we are very excited and are hoping for great food and great characters!!

We have reservations for CP for Dec. 1st at like 4:05, way too early but its all I could get. I am sure we will get there a little late anyway. Our 3 ds don't care for the food at LTT. I also like the salad there but can/t convince them to go back.

I would choose Crystal Palace. The mood there seems 'lighter' and it is a lot of fun! We did CP last year before MVMCP and it got us in a great mood for the party. Now, personally I did not care for LTT nearly as much as CP. To me, the food at CP is better and much, much more variety. Besides, who could get you in a better mood for a party than Tigger?
