LTT during "Wishes" or Spectro?

Has anyone been to LTT either during the Spectro parade or during Wishes? Do they pipe in the music or in any way allow the diners to see any of it? Or are you completely unaware of the fireworks and parade when you're in the resturaunt?

If you are sitting near a window you can see the lights of Spectro go by but you really can't watch Spectro form LTT. Wishes can't be seen from there either.
