LTT dinner wrist bands?

I was told that you will get wristbands for the MVMCP dinner at LLT to stay in the park when it closes at 6. My dinner is for 6:05.
Where and when will I get these wrist bands?

We were at MVMCP last Dec and ate at LTT at 5:45. We got to the park mid-afternoon and turned in our party passes in exchange for the wristbands later in the day. I believe we did that at the guest services area in city hall to the left as you enter Main St. Then we were all set for the rest of the day. We didn't actually get the wrist bands at LTT.

When you go for dinner you will hand over your vouchers/cards to severs. You must tell them you have them. They will take them and bring back the wrist bands and put them on your right then and there.

this takes place if you have been in the park before 4 pm. If you are arriving after 4 pm, when you enter the MK they will place the wrist bands on you there.

I like to keep things as souveirns, so I prefere to come into the park after 4 pm as they gave the tickets back to us, but at LTT they took them. I will say that I did not ask if I could keep them.
