The non-meat selections are: bread, salad, mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, herb bread stuffing, and macaroni and cheese (and dessert). I'm not sure if any of the items are cooked with meat-based broth, but the servings are hearty and unlimited. Add a "vegetarian" flag to your ADR & a chef will come to talk to that guest about what their vegetarian options are. We had a cherry 'allergy' flag on our Dec ADR & the chef was REALLY helpful. He was so accommodating that he even made a special dessert for the person in our group allergic to cherries.
