It's difficult to answer your question because each contract is unique - due the varying number of banked points, current points, borrowed points, points in holding, transferred points, etc. Total number of points & use year also make a difference. FWIW, depending on those factors (and others such as closing costs & maintenance fees), a contract that is listed higher per point could end up being a better value than one priced lower.
