Lower sodium-Yak and Yeti or Rainforest at AK?

I'm considering requesting a vegetarian entree (even though I'm not vegetarian), especially if I go to Yak and Yeti. If so, what do they offer? Unfortunately, it looks like neither may be really low-sodium, but what other options do I have for fairly low sodium dining in AK? It's just that I'm really trying to watch my blood pressure.

Tusker House is a great option. We were there in May, many V, VG options and much seemingly had low sodium options. I cannot tolerate much sodium and can taste any instantly.

The Salmon dish at CHH at MK a great option too.
Also, Pecos Bill Rice Bowl (ask for plain rice) is great too.

I'll keep those two in mind on my MK day. Trying to figure out lower sodium options in AK. Tusker House is a thought, but I was trying to avoid paying top dollar for a character meal (solo diner).

Gotcha. I think you would have better luck at Yak Yeti since its overall a much fresher, lighter restaurant than Rainforest. You can call dining and note that on your ressie and the chef may call you with options. I ate mostly vegan over our last trip, mainly due to sodium restrictions and it worked very well.

Consider calling ahead and noting your low sodium needs atcheck in for ur reservation. Enjoy ur trip!

You helped me make up my mind-Yak and Yeti low sodium. Now lets hope they have a reservation! If I make the reservation on-line, is there a place that asks if I have any diet restrictions? Never done this before.
