Our annual WDW trip is planned for May 2007, but we may have the chance (if I can get the budget low enough) for a short (3-4 nt.) trip in Nov. or Dec. We're flying out of Nashville and usually get the $49 each way fare. I just got an email from SWA with the dates I need open (and I'm very flexible on the exact dates), but no fares very low.

Has anyone historically gotten a $49 fare in November or December?

Thanks!

I'm also watching for some lower airfares (from New Orleans) - our trip is planned for Nov 29 - Dec 3 (a quick trip to see the Christmas decorations!). We've paid any where from $120 - $150 round trip over the last few years. Right now, the trip is about $185 round trip. I'm going to wait a little longer and see if the price goes down a little.

Good luck!

I booked a fare out of BHM last year for $39 each way Nov 25 - Dec 2, so I think there is hope. I also just booked a fare out of BNA for $39 each way for Sept 2 - Sept 10, 2006. Not the same dates, but at least they still have the low ding! ;)

It's the kind of trip that begins with,"If I can find a cheap airfare..." so if it doesn't come, it's still okay. But, I'll keep an eye out!

We are also going to WDW December 3rd - 14th and waiting for a lower fare out of New Orleans on SWA.

We snagged that fare for early November 2005 on SWA. USAirways soon matched it in PHL. :)
