Low Salt Meals - Garden Grill/Sanaa & Chef Mickey's

I have an aunt who is joining me for a few days on my next trip. She has an issue with her kidneys and I was wondering if anyone who needs low salt meals has ever eaten at Chef Mickey's for breakfast and Garden Grill & Sanaa for dinner? What were your meal options or was the food the same, just without salt?
