My DM can only have 600 mg a day and does great at Disney. We eat all 3 meals at TS and can even go to buffets. We have even been to both HDDR and SOA and they could accommode her as well. They do not have a no sodium choice when making ADRs so pick other and it will be noted. A chef always comes to talk to her. At Tutto Italia and Tony’s they have pasta with no sodium and boil it in no salt water. I believe they could do a no salt tomato sauce or olive oil. A lot of places have meat that they set aside that had not been marinated so for dinners she will usually have either beef or chicken cooked on the grill with a no salt cooking spray with either a baked potato or French fries and some type of steamed vegetable. Breakfasts for her tend to be a fresh egg scrambled with a no salt cake no spray, breakfast potatoes with no seasoning, a slice of toast, and fruit. They could do other things for her if she wanted but that was fine. Mickey Bars are very low in sodium so she has one most days. On our most recent trip in November we stayed at POR which has a food court and the days we were there for breakfast they could make her a fresh scrambled egg and she would grab a bagel and fruit. Because we eat bigger breakfasts and dinners do tend to eat lighter at lunch with a salad or she might have fish with steamed vegetables. You should be able to eat at any place that interests you.
Not sure of the age range of those traveling with you or if you are solo. I usually visit with her and my DH who has allergies and here are our favorite restaurants:
