Low fares aren't here YET!

DH and I are considering a quick trip Dec. 6-9, with kids. That's 5 plane tickets. I found a low fare out of Detroit (we live in Toledo) for $136, but we'd have to depart Orlando at 10 AM on our last day. Otherwise the fare goes up over $200! The fares out of Toledo are $200 as well. My TA said that no one has matched the Delta fare (the $136 one) and it just came out today so things may get lower, but our quick trip will be a lot cheaper if these cheap fares they are talking about on TV materialize! (I have found an AP rate at the Poly for $198 a night including tax, though, but I'm loath to pick it up unless we have good airfare)
