When are the best days to visit these parks. Is it like Disney having crowded and less crowded days? Is there a link to finding this information? Can I make ADR's for the resraurants in the parks?

Thanks

Pretty sure it won't slow down until after school starts, mid- late September is probably a good choice. November BEFORE Thanksgiving, and December before the Christmas break. Mid-January through February before spring break are also more or less down times.

When we went a couple of weeks ago, last week of July, it was packed every day Monday-Sunday.

At peak times I don't think there are quiet days.

However US tends to be pretty quiet early on and you can get a lot done in the first three hours or so. It will get busy if the rain comes in the afternoon as people shift from IOA.

Can only recommend you get to IOA as early as possible.
