Hi Mary!
My whole family,( me, DH, DS13, DS11, DS8 ) are all doing WW on-line. So far we've lost about 65lbs as a group, in two months!
Low point, low cost lunches.... I pack my boy's lunches every day, so I have a little experience with this

I live overseas, so we don't have access to pre-packaged WW foods, so I make everything. Do you have a microwave available to you at work? Do you own a wide mouth thermos? Each of my boys has a wide mouthed thermos, so I send left-overs or soup nearly every day.
Today was thermos of whole wheat spaghetti with meat sauce, mandarine orange, pickles, baby carrots, pretzels.
Yesterday was, thermos of home made chicken noodle soup, Laughing cow lite cheese and crackers, celery sticks, pumkin seeds, grapes.
When I don't have anything for the thermos its a small wheat roll with turkey. Or I sometimes send a big salad with leftover grilled chicken.
We love the WW Minestrone soup recipe. I have a great chicken noodle soup recipe that isn't too high in pts. They love the Chicken and Broccoli with garlic sauce/rice in the thermos.
I really find that stocking up on fresh fruits and veggies isn't much more expensive than buying the pre-packaged stuff.
Another idea... on WW On-line look at the "Menu Plan" for the week. They usually have some good ideas!
Good luck and let me know if you want any soup recipes!
