This was suggested by a poster on another thread. What are so low carb alternatives that you like to eat in your diet that taste good!
I use happyforks.com to analyze recipes that I have lightened carb wise.
Here are a ton of recipes from Blue Diamond Almond Flour http://recipes.bdingredients.com/all-recipes/
The Double Chocolate brownies are yummy and I substitute in equal amonds granulated stevia and stevia with brown sugar. I also add 3/4 c flax seed. In addition I cut the amount of chocolate from 4 oz to 3 oz. You might want to gradually work up to 3/4 c flax seed. These are cut into 32 pieces which seems small but the taste is big. I get it down to 8 carbs. I leave out the sliced almonds b/c the flax imparts a nutty taste.
