Low Calorie, Low Carb, Muffins, Cookies, Cakes and Pies!!!

I was at a Weight Watchers Meeting today and this man had a menu from a bakery that has low points goodies.

So I checked out the website and they also have low carbs (4.25 for a muffin- I think that's low isn't it?) AND they do mail order!!!!

So I thought I would share the website here.

*disclaimer* I have not tried this bakery, but this man and his wife claim that the stuff is delicious. I'll be taking a long weekend getaway to New Hampshire in May and I'll be driving by the area, so I may have to stop in for a taste test.

AAHHHHH Chatilas! I love that place! The cheesecake, yes, cheesecake is fabulous and it only has like one carb. I slice it up and keep it in the freezer and eat it fozen! Yum Yum! Also, the mountain bread is real good too! I like to spread melted butter on it and then sprinkle grated cheese and broil it. It comes out all crunchy and yummy! I really want to try the ice cream, but it is an hour drive from my house, so I'd have to go prepared! I haven't tried the muffins yet, but the cookies are good. If there are any italians out there, they remind me of italian cookies especially the lemon poppy ones! Order away and enjoy!!!

Oh, I love Chatila's...they're about 10 minutes away from my house. LOVE,LOVE,LOVE the cheesecake.

For Easter I made a cheesecake that was heaven- and only 3 carbs/slice! Gave it to some friends and they loved it! Even their daughter loved it! It was pretty easy to amke-if you want, I'll give you the recipe. But, in the mean time- I'll have to check this other place out.... and yes, Kath, I know I can't have any of it for another 2 weeks! DARN- she's always watching ya know!
