"Lovely jubbly"

What exactly is "jubbly"? If I were to wish someone a "lovely jubbly birthday," would that make any sense whatsoever? Or is it just stupid? I like the sound of "lovely jubbly," but I don't want to commit some sort of linguo-cultural faux pas. ;)
 
This was made famous by David Jason "Dell Boy" in only fools and horses. It's a common East London expression.

It means it's an easy job or easy money to be made. As in if someone gave you loads of money for something that didn't cost you much, then it would be "Lovely Jubbly"
