dd and i just returned from 10 night stay at csr. this was 1st time at this resort(stayed at asmovies last trip) and we just loved it. it is a beautiful resort. we had requested 9b or 8a but got 8b instead, so were a little disappointed, we did get a parking lot view, but it really did not make much difference, by the time we got to our room at night we just wanted to sleep! the bus stop was 2 min walk which was great, and the nice thing about staying in the cabanas was the 5 min scenic walk to the lobby and restaurants. we did get our other requests, 1st floor, no smoking. we walked all around the resort a couple of times and were surprised that cm's were driving around in little carts offering rides to guests, we declined but this is nice for tired travellors since the resort is large. bell services were great as was housekeeping. busses ran often, but we got conflicting answers on whether there were busses directly from csr to boardwalk. the cm at check in said this service was no longer available, info at mk said it was. we were at the front bus stop #1 one morn and asked the cm who was tracking where everyone was going and she thought there was, but went and called transp. office and said no it was discontinued. we asked 2 dd bus drivers if they were stopping at bw too but they said no, but on our last day we saw a bus at csr that said bw/dd/tl ! guess they must be having trouble deciding this one!
i still wouldn't hesitate to return to asmovies but if we could get a special rate(99.00) for csr again i would love to go back.
