Love Undercover Tourist...good customer service experience

Sitting here in snowy Nova Scotia (we've had four major snowstorms in 2 weeks with another on the way) and wishing I could plan my fastpasses but only have one ticket for my mother/daughter trip as I got one from airmiles, which arrived, and one from UT which is on it's way. Out of the blue I thought, "could they send me the media # so I could link it?". You bet they could! Called them (a REAL person answered the phone- not an automated dial one for this, two for that!) and within 5 minutes I had an email with the number!

Now I can ignore the mountain of white outside my window (seriously..a mountain...can't throw the snow any higher then it already is) and dream of running through the parks in 5 weeks.

This is the 4th time I've used Undercover Tourist and I have nothing but good things to say about them so far!
 
I've used them twice. My most recent order was Jan. 27th. Got my tix yesterday just 9 days later and one day ahead of their delivery schedule. Nothing bad to say about them. I've never had to contact them with any issues. They've gotten it right the first time for both orders.
 
I actually just purchased from them, after purchase I had to call their customer service, spoke with a lovely woman who solved my issue straight away and will be sending out my tickets soon. So far so good!
 

I've used them twice now and they're great. On my last order, I forgot to pay for expedited shipping. Sent an email that night, received a quick response with a fix to my mistake. I'll use them every time.
 
I've used them for a very long time, countless times. Zero problems.
 
Use them for every trip. No problems. The one time their website was acting strangely the customer service member was very attentive and helpful.
 
I used them for the first time recently and received my passes in a week. I just ordered a few more due to the possible price hike that's expected and anticipate the same speedy delivery. Love it!
 
Love ut too however this trip we went with OTC because they were cheaper and ut couldn't price match.
The difference wasn't big but adds up on a $5g order and I rather have the $133 in my pocket then theirs.
The tic are scheduled for delivery today so I hope I made a good choice. If not ut will get my business again, if so they still get my recommendation from past experiences
