Well, I can't find my old photo albulm that had the good pix so I wasn't happy,,,,and then I wondered if there were any good pix...I did find some in a box though. Some are 80's but, a couple drift into the 90s.

The first is 98'. the year was wrong but, the hair was there..

Who are these aerosol inhalers?

Man that hits close to home, had a chance to see them in college (they were a local Boston band back in the early 80's and I figured I could not afford the $5 to go see what was billed as a "Rolling Stones Cover Band").

Say what? Yup, they were billed as mainly a RS cover band. I so wish I saved some of the billings left up all over campus. Could have gone to see the Talking Heads for $6 - but I was too much into Zeppelin and Pink Floyd at the time. My brother's first spring concert at UMASS Amhers in 1982-1983 season - U2!

First show Nancy and I went to go see together; Adam Ant at the Orpheum Theater in Boston. Opening Act - Wall of Voodoo. That's right, "i'm on a mexican radio, radioooo".

Hold on to your suspenders, looking to warm up the scanner later this morning when I can find the photo albums. I still have a button from the "Button Club" from Spring Break in Ft. Lauderdale 1985 on the visor in the truck.

First year we met, September or October 1984 !

Summer of 1985 on a trip to Rhode Island for the blessing of the fleet celebration (they carded us, wouldn't let us in!)

First camping trip together in the White Mountains 1986 (In case you're wondering, it was a Fleetwood Mac concert T-shirt I was wearing):

I would have never guessed Til Tuesday to be a Stones cover band in a million years!!!! Thats more information that I'll now NEVER forget and will have to file with the thousands of useless bad song lyrics that take up all the empty space in my brain(and there's LOTS of that emptiness in there!!)

believe it or not..I have very few cd's still straggling around that either were lost when I sold the collection and have since turned up, or folks have mailed me as promos. I figured mp3s were much more space-saver friendly, I had a complete library neatly stored on my hard drive......unfortunately.....THAT WHOLE COLLECTION has dissappeard into cyberspace, I lost over 8000 files this past month due to the crappy dell laptop crashing.

Ive been rebuilding it for the last couple of weeks....for those interested in what Ive recently found as a very dependable source for free mp3...you should visit www.mp3rocket.net . Its pretty new and the spammers havent over run it yet...it should be good for at least a year before its complete crap. Unfortunately, P2P servers like this get discovered by spammers and morons who mis-label songs after a while and the quality goes way down hill. but if you find them early like this one...you're set for a good while.
