Well i came of age in the 70's but can't remember much of the 70's, too much partying with, dang i forget what. Yep, that's the group, Will to Power. Best known for Say It's Gonna Rain, top 10 in '88... but the medley is good too. Good job!

Shan...I was thinking this group may have been a later "aged" version of these guys....

But the "weather" hint just wouldnt fit anywhere...glad I left that one for someone else to answer....because i couldnt have been more wrong!!! I like that you have this Funk/R&B angle....I was a fan of the Minneapolis sound and all the protege's that Prince helped to promote. Morris Day has always been a favorite because he's a ridulously funny idiot!! I had an ear for George Clinton and Parliment too. Bow wow wow, yippee oh yippee aye!!
