I seem to remember a thread 5-6 weeks ago about pre-tipping and have lost it. Could someone please tell me when, how much and how to go about doing this. I think there was a little saying about this that could be written on the envelope. Who has done this and how was it received by the staff? We leave on July 2nd so answer ASAP please!
