I made my ADRs thru member services at DVC for our 12/24-12/29 trip to OKW @ 180 day mark(on dining plan for the first time). Called on 8/15 to book CP pkg for 12/24 at Teppanyaki. After doing so I asked them to cancel old Teppanyaki ADR I had made at 180 mark. I was concerned that all was done correctly(although I have never had any problem with MS booking meals any time before). I decided to send an email to confirm instead of calling again and gave them meals and confirmation #'s of ADRs and they just sent back email that all were correct! Easier than calling to confirm.. Happy!

I love the fact that its a toll free number- just for us!! That saves me at least $20 a year.
 
Absolutely wonderful....while everyone else was calling and sitting on hold on the 16th, my friend (who has been making all our ADRs for our Dec trip) called MS at 9:10 and got exactly what we needed for CP...all done in 6 minutes!!! I love MS!!

I'm so glad that you posted this! Next time I will try just calling member services instead of Disney Dining. I recently made our ADR's for our Feb. trip through DD and had the most horrible time! One CM even accused me of giving a phoney reservation number! I had to explain that it was a DVC reservation! Sseesh! It took me three days to get a lousy Fantasmic Package reservation. :confused3 I'll definately give MS a try next time! :thumbsup2
 
Love the 800#,love the great CM and none of the extra junk on the phone. I have only had to use DD phone once last June when we were staying off property because we were at conference. Realy missed the MS experience. I have never had a bad CM at MS(although others may have). All I've experienced is efficient enthusiastic CMs. And love the email confirmation. Hi to the MA posters....

Glad we can call MS for our ADR's, got a CM would did not know what ADR stood for she does now thu.
 
I was told MS didn't do ADR's! Wow! That makes me happy! :banana:

Member services has always made our reservations for dining, whether old PS or ADR. When you call member services it is listed as an option under booking at one of the DVC resorts. I have never had a CM not do this. Wonder what your experience was...I think its one of our best perks!
