Just wanted to share another positive review! I've been reading about him on the Disboards for the past few years and finally took the plunge and used to him for our 10-night WBC trip. I know people have gotten a little cheaper of a rate through other owners, but I loved feeling 100% confident that my room was going to be waiting for me when I arrived! I never thought I'd rent a hotel w/out a credit card but it worked out great. Super nice guy, too.

Agree! Our rate was actually cheaper with Ken and Denise (it was the 60 day mark though). They helped has book 8 nights too (in one room with out changing rooms) while many others didn't want to mess with the other night. They were great to work with and it was a great resort.

I have to also agree, we used him this trip for the first time and I was very happy with them. I thought it was great that Denise called me just a few hours after sending in my request to explain how everything worked and the various options I could go with. I even changed the first part of my trip away from HGVC and over to them since I was so excited about the resort features, oh and the price :)

So far top notch professional service from Ken and Denise. We are booked through them for April 2013 for what we hope will be the first of many WBC visits. This rental option is a lot cheaper than adding on points, and we'll still be in the middle of the WDW experience.

What amazes me is the time frame we booked is 'Low Season' for WBC, but 'Magic Season' for DVC. It would be 222 pts for a 1 BR at OKW!!:scared1: Here we can get a 1 BR at WBC for a fraction of cost, and save our points for lower point seasons.:yay:

I am not good with acronyms. Please advise what place you are talking about, and do they offer a shuttle to WDW?Thanks.

WBC = Wyndham Bonnet Creek.

I've also just booked with Ken and Denise...only because of all the possitive reviews that I've read on here. I have never rented a timeshare before but decided to give it a try when I found out that my reservation at the Wyndham Grand had a parking fee on top of the resort fee. I got in touch with Ken and explained that I was looking to rent at the 60 day price and he took all my info and told me to cross my fingers....we are traveling over July 4th week. He got back to me last week first thing in the morning on exactly the 60 day mark with the best news...he managed to find a cancelation. Then just today Denise emailed me to advise that she had secured the remaining days we needed and that they would be sending the contract in a day or two. :cool1: So now we have a 2br for $120/night....the Grand was going to cost $130/night. We are staying 2 weeks so that's a decent savings but more importantly we are getting WAY more for our money. We probably will cook a few dinners as well so that adds to the savings....we always make breakfast and lunch even in a hotel but this will be easier.

I love it also that the $120 is it, no additional taxes, resort fees, parking fees, fees for looking at the fountains ;) Only a few more days before we arrive this week. Getting super excited :moped:
