Nothing better to keep you going than when you hear several people say "wow, have you lost weight". Its only 12 pounds too! What an ego booster! Just the push I need to keep me on the right track this weekend!

I think that what I meant is...........that if I am getting compliments at 12, just imagine what they will say when its 24 or something like that.

I definately know that 12 is a nice number! Actually its an awesome number, especially in 4 weeks!!!!

Good for you Mel...that is one of my favorite things about losing weight....and of course the whistles you sometimes get, that you pretend not to hear!!!! lol!!
