Last November during the week of Thanksgiving, there were characters everywhere especially in MK!

Does anyone know if the flood of characters still continues?
Is Goofy in any particular spot in MK? I can't remember.

Thanks,
penny

I'll let someone else tackle your first question.

Goofy can normally be found near Goofy's Barnstormer in Toontown. You may also find him greeting guests at either end of Main Street.

Went last VNovember, tons of characters everywhere. Then early June it seemed there were a lot less, come late July we didn't see many. Maybe cause of the heat?
When we went in November they were having that character expansion. I don't think it continued. Maybe others got a different impression?

Oh, go to guest services when you get into the park. They were able to tell us where to find Donald and at what time.
And we saw Goofy, too at Barnstormer. Long line in heat, though... We have also caught him inside at the store in Toontown Fair. Not always there, you shoudl check before you get in the line. We always find thsi place a great photo op and atuogragh place. Nice and cool!

When I went in March to the Magic Kingdom there seemed to be characters everywhere - especially in Town Square.

When I went at the beginning of this September there seemed a lot less characters.

I got there for the 8.45am opening of Magic Kingdom (officially opens at 9am)- I am glad that I did as I saw some of the characters get off the train (after the Mayor of Main Street and Mickey Mouse opened MK) and come down into Town Square to start their signing/photo sessions. Mickey was the only whom didn't do this - I think he went straight inside.

Saying that Goofy was at his ride signing and having photos and Pluto was in in the gazebo out back in Minnies House (Pluto was there when we went in March).

On the otherhand I walked past the teacups in Fantasyland and saw the Horrible Queen and Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum riding on them - mad! I never saw these characters in March. Also there were pirates playing music outside the Pirates of the Carribean march - I only saw this in September.

Swings and roundabouts I guess.

When I was at WDW last month, there were quite a number of characters out. It didn't seem there were as many out as last year, but still a very good number. They seemed to be a lot of them out at Town Square on Main Street, at the Courtyard by Hat at MGM, and the main entrance at AK. EPCOT seemed to have the smallest number of characters.

Goofy isn't too hard to find at MK. He's usually at the Barnstormer in Toontown and also comes out for the meet-and-greet after the Castle Show as well.
