Are or were any of you completely lost when it came to planning and making a decision about your wedding? I feel like as a girl I should know exactly what I want and how it is supposed to look but I don't have a clue. The important thing to me was to get married at Disney with the Cinderella carriage. Now that I know I have those two things everything else just seems a blur. I am not real picky and would honestly be happy with whatever Disney has to offer I just feel like I should have a clear vision of how I want it to look.

Did/Are any of you experience/ing this?

Yep! I never though about my wedding, in fact I never had any intention of even getting married until DF proposed, lol. All I wanted was Magic Kingdom pictures- I didn't care where the ceremony was, flowers, cake, etc. Honestly, when it came time for my planning session, I pretty much let Rosie pick everything out, haha. Honestly, I think the way we're looking at the wedding is a lot better than obsessing over details- since we're not picky, nothing can go wrong, and we won't be disappointed with anything!

Yep, I feel lost every day. I wish I could afford to have a wedding planner put everything together and make all the decisions for me.

Thanks ladies I feel better already. I have been stressing over picking colors and trying to find things I like to at least help them with the decorations and flowers but in all actuality it doesn't matter. As long as I have my DF and our family and friends there I will be perfectly happy.

It's totally a big factor in my decision to go with Disney.

All I knew was that we had a very small budget. I was having a verrrry hard time trying to figure out how to plan a wedding with a budget like that. All I knew was that I didn't want it to look like... certain other family members' weddings... which just looked cheap even though they cost more than my budget.

Then Memories Collection saved my life. classy wedding on a little budget and money to spare for honeymoon. Very nice.

Once I got the big part figured out, that's when the planning bug hit. When all I have to worry about are the littler things like jewelry and stuff, it's alot easier.

I'm the opposite. Choosing Disney was the easy part. Discussing budget issues with both our families was a little tougher but we got it worked out fairly easily. Now that I'm booked with Disney, I'm overwhelmed with all the little details left to figure out. :confused3

Awww don't feel lost Mindy!! That is why we are here!!! :grouphug:

 The boards have been a HUGE help. :grouphug:

I get EXACTLY what you mean! Choosing Disney was a no brainer. My problem now is that Disney offers anything and everything my bridal heart could desire and it's hard to choose what to fit into the budget and what to do without. I feel like the little details are what makes a grand event and so deciding those things will likely drive me crazy! Not to mention I'm incredibly indecisive and everytime I see a new idea in a blog, website, or forum... I go straight to my planner to get the low down on price and stuff. Yikes! So much to do!!
