LOST....*WARNING* Future Spoilers

IF Locke & Eko were killed the rest of the group would never know they could have been watched. Correct? Did they ever tell anyone about the cameras and all?

Locke told Desmond about the viewing station, but Desmond thought that perhaps the "viewers" were actually the ones being observed...which kind of makes sense when you realize that all the notebooks they sent to the "office" were actually just piled up on the ground, presumably without ever having been touched again...

DH and I thought it was a terrific episode, and definitely better than last year's season finale!

:sunny:

From the way Charlie acted when asked about John- "Isn't he back yet?"- I have to say that he is still alive. Why would he be so nonchalant about it if his friends were lying somewhere hurt?

Yes, that whole interaction with Charlie was a little weird. Like "nothing happened at all, no big deal, why is eveyone fussing?"

I have so many new questions! What was with the big "foot" on the beach - and with only 4 toes...and the fake hatch and village...and the notebooks that went nowhere! I can't believe they just let Michael go with Walt...I think Walt's brainwashed now or something...

and that Henry Gale is just creepy!

Does anyone know the name of the actress that played Penny Whitmore???

I tried to google it, I had no luck. She looks so familiar to me.

Also, did anyone go to the Hanso careers website???

Thx for the clarification on the sign at the docks.

I did go to hansocareers.org. Not entirely sure what I was supposed to see there :confused3 . I did see some intereseting stuff about longevity and fake tropical plants. Probably red herrings.

Honestly, I just do not know what to make of this show now. The whole Widemore thing just has me confused. And the last scene? What the....? :confused3 All I can figure is that Pen must have had those two Portugese guys hunting for a signal from Desmond's boat. I base this just on when she said something to the effect that if you had enough money you could find anyone (at the track). BUt why were they in Antarctica (or wherever that was)?

Ijust rewatched the show and the guy in the snow hut IS without a doubt, Matthew Fox (see the other LOST thread for the pic). He uses the same mannerisms, etc. There is NO DOUBT. What could this mean????

One idea DH and I were jsut taalking about: What about cloning by Hanso?
Just throwing it out there. Didn't want to mention it on the no spoiler thread.

It is a possibility, but I dont think we will find out who hanso really is till the final episode(s). Much like how this will all just be some dream that Desmond or Penny was having ;)

Thought other LOST junkies might like to get a look at this----I believe this is the author of the manuscript Sawyer was reading that Jack burned the ending to!

Also there is this one with some interesting reading about Hanso and his foundation to be found in the interview section!

Let me know what you all come up with!!

While they do look similar, it's not him. The role was played by Len Cordova.

Your links didn't work for me but I searched his name on imdb to get the picture. They really do look alike! That's interesting, and surely can't be a coincidence.

Try that one, if it doesn't work just google Lost with the episode title "Live together, die alone" for the credits.

Ok, I fixed the others from above, they should work now-

Ok as usual I was picking apart the final episode and this is what I've got

922044:16==3:7 or 3:16--17:7 or 17:16--21:7 or 21:16 I think one of these may be a bible passage of some significance
Genesis 17:7 and Luke 21:16 would work.

The four toed statue could represent Nebuchadnezzar because on his statue the feet and toes represent divided kingdoms--:Partly strong, partly divided--OR maybe something to do with DARWIN?

PALA in other languages works out to be terminal---so ferry terminal?

Also could someone please tell me what the ladies name was who was in the hut with Michael and Walt? I'm pretty sure it was a P name I just can't find it!

To go along on the P names check this out!

Penelope--wife of Odysseus, waited faithfully for him for many years while putting off various suitors(took 10 years to return home)

Persephone--Queen of infernal regions, daughter of Zeus and Demeter Wife of Pluto(God of Hades)---She was abducted by Hades

Could Tom on the island be Thomas Werner Mittelwerk?

Also need some help reaaranging these letters to make a word or if someone is good with cryptography(sp) have at it!

DOH! Hey it's Friday :)

I thought she looked a lot like the actress who plays the ex wife on Rescue Me, but her name is Andrea Roth.

Has anyone read "Bad Twin"? It's available at Barnes & Noble - only in hardcover though. Just wondering if it's worth reading......

According to the site listed a few posts above, her name is Sonya Walger.
