Lost tickets

We haven't lost them yet, but we have lost Disney passes before, so I want to be clear on the rules.

For Disney, we made a scanned copy of our tickets with the numbers on the back. When we lost a ticket, we took the copy to the desk and were able to get a replacement without a problem.

Is the same true for Universal? We have 3 day Costco passes and will only be using 1 day this trip.

Yes...Universal has the same policy.
 
Thanks. I certainly hope we don't lose tickets more than once! I hope we don't lose any at all.....but it never hurts to make copies and be prepared!

fyi... i was told they will do 1 replacement "at no charge".
 

At Disney I never needed a scanned copy to replace a ticket, just gave them my room # and ID. Not that I have lost mine more than once but the kids have and it usually cuz we leave them in the room so technically not lost !!!:rotfl2:
