Lost Superbowl ticket postcard!

My friend and I won tickets in the Superbowl promotion. I got a postcard in the mail not too long after getting the e-mail, but she claims (hmmm) that she never did. Can she still claim the ticket at Guest Services using her ID and e-mail address? I KNEW I should have gotten it from her for safekeeping!

let me see if i understand what you are saying.

you state your friend claims to have won the superbowl passes.

if she did, she would talk to the TM at guest services.
if she did win, they would have her name on file.
by showing her id and verification of address, it should be fine then.

if she did not enter and receive the SB pass, then they would not have her name on file and she would just have to buy the pass.

Thanks, Macraven! She definitely received the e-mail telling her she won, but claims she received nothing in the mail. I'm sure she did, but keeping track of things is not her strong suit! I'm relieved that she can still claim her prize.

I won a free ticket, but never received my postcard (or threw it away thinking it was junk mail). Anyway, I found my letter saying I won dated back on Feb. 5. If I take that letter and my license do you think I can get a free ticket?

I bought our family Annual Passes, but I'd love to get my ticket and give it away. What do you guys think?
