LOST - Season 2 (No spoilers)

Great episode. Glad we are seeing more stories with the orginal group. Shirtless Sawyer I'll take every week.

OK Guys, I can't figure out, even with the Tivo, how the heck did the $$ end up back in the house? My DD & I are puzzled.

I didn't see that coming at all! And Charlie...........Whew!

Charlie really surprised me, for a second there I thought Sawyer had conspired with Ana-Lucia. But once Charlie explained his reasons...then it made sense.

I think maybe Sawyer gave her fake money?

Great episode! I started to really like Sawyer, then dislike him once again, it's great when a character can do that....and I like how Hurley made the comment about the music being "in another time"...another *wink wink* to the fans, I think...

And the waitress in the restaurant = Kate's mom. Very interesting.

Next week looks even better...I hope the clock does actually go down to 0, can't wait to see what happens...

Another question; did anyone else notice the book title "Occurance at Owl Creek Bridge" hmmmmm I loved that book, do you think that was a blantant hint that they're all dead and just imagining this story in their final seconds of their lives?

From a frequent lurker on this thread but a devoted LOSt fan...

What an awesome episode! I was also shocked about 5 times, so I loved it. I have been loyal to LOST all along, but this one had me sitting up and gasping and talking to the TV. LOL!

To the poster who wondered about the money... what I think happened was Sawyer quickly stuffed the money in the bag and shoved it under the table - remember how the camera focused in on her with her back turned looking at the table next to the couch? I think he did it then.

Very intriguing, and I'm greatly anticipating next week.

Good catch! I totally missed that.

I'm still psyched about the episode! I'm glad I recorded it...I think I'll watch it again tomorrow...it was THAT good! :thumbsup2

Did the US networks show a preview for next week? We didn't see one in Canada :( Can someone write a short summary of the preview?

Ooohhh, nice! Like, this is what is happening in their heads as the plane crashes down? But, I would be SO PISSED.

The old bait and switch. When I saw the empty car I knew she didn't have the money. Disappointed in Charlie but glad he refused the heroin.

Oh boy, I didn't record it but I can try and go from memory...

The group catches someone (an Other, presumably) in a net. They bring him to the hatch where we see a few people (Jack, etc) yelling at him, asking who he is....Sayid then says something along the lines of, "My name is Sayid, and I will be torturing you...." ....then we see the timer tick down 5..4..3..2..1...and someone (can't remember who, Locke maybe?) says something like "Well we're gonna see what happens!" just as the timer hits 0...

WOW this was one of the best episodes this season!

My 2 favorite characters are bad people! NO! cry :badpc:

Okay, who saw the title of the manuscript that Hurley found?? It was called The Bad Twin. Well, this is an actual book, being released in conjunction with Lost, about a set of twins. Well, this is what Amazon.com says about the author

About the Author
Bad Twin is the highly-anticipated new novel by acclaimed mystery writer Gary Troup. Bad Twin was delivered to Hyperion just days before Troup boarded Oceanic Flight 815, which was lost in flight from Sydney, Australia to Los Angeles in September 2004. He remains missing and is presumed dead.

To find out more visit amazon.com and search for the book "Bad Twin"

ABC is really going all out with this show! I guess we now know when the plane crashed!

Ahhh, so that was a plug. I was wondering what was up with that scene. Seemed very out of place. People are getting kidnapped and guns are being hoarded and there's Hurley just sitting around the fire saying "Sayid, Man, I just found this great manuscript. It's a Mystery Novel!" ;)

The new sheriff in town can search me all he wants! :thumbsup2

I thought that was Kate's mother but wasn't sure if I remembered her correctly.

Sure was interesting tonight!

As bad as they keep making Charlie out to be I still love him.

I think that was Jack. He got in Locke's face and told him they were going to see what happened. Locke did NOT look pleased.

Why did he take her money and where did the guy go who was supposed to be in the car? I loved the episode but I'm a bit confused. :confused3

I know someone has already mentioned it, but the scene where Sayid and Hurley find the radio station....not really sure what to make of that. I'm sure the fact that the music was from another time was probably what someone has already said, just a wink to the fans. I know it's a stretch, but it would be neat if they were in a time warp. It would give significance to all of their backstories, because then they could go back and right their past wrongs. Once they are rescued, that is. :lmao:

I have nothing to really base this on, just think it would be cool.
