One of the guys on the plane.....sure looks like Matthew Fox. I went back and watched the scene again and he sure sounds like him too.

Well unless Jack (Matthew Fox) is Brazilian, thats not him. Because they clearly speaking Brazilian Portuguese.

It means they're simular in acting styles, but I really do doubt that is Matthew, how many other times have we all thought that one person was playing duel rolls?

While they do look similar, it's not him. The role was played by Len Cordova.

I think it is an early warning system of some sort, we've seen a similar bird before.

*What was with the violet sky and the humming?

The Hatch being destroyed I think, I hope not though, I hope it is just the electromagnet thingy fixing itself.

*How can Desmond, an experience sailor, not be able to find his was off the island, but Michael will be able to?

Remember Michael was given specific coordinates to follow and Desmond wasn't. Chances are that unless you have them there is no way you can stumble upon it.

I think they choose Kate, Jack, Sawyer and Hurely because they confronted there issues. However sense Hurey has issue dealing with the Loss of Libby, they couldn't use him anymore

Penny's letter was talking about a person needing one person who truly loved you and believed in you and when she said "You have her" she was basically telling Desmond she loved and believed in him (even if he was going to prision).

Seems I have abandoned my own thread. I've missed several episodes this season (tsk tsk), and haven't kept up with either of the threads so I'm a little lost. I taped the season finale and just watched it. Wow.
