Lost Pin Codes

OK, I've tried calling several times to find my lost pin codes. I got 2 post cards snail mailed to me in Oct. One was for $45 per night at values during select dates in Dec. The other was a free dining for use in Dec (not via the disney card). Also select dates.

I called and they cant seem to find the pins. I know what they were for, and what the card looked like. I found an old pin card that was mailed last year. It seems like Im just outa luck. They cant find any record of either pin code.

(I stupidly tossed them when I thought we werent going this year and now we are). Ugh. Should I just keep calling?

If the CM pulled up your household in the system and the pin code wasnt in there anymore theres not a lot they can do. Id suggest calling back and hoping you get a CM that knows what theyre doing
