I received an email from Disneyland yesterday confirming that I am a current ticket holder with instructions on how to link tickets to make a reservation on the 12th. I purchased 3 day S CA park hopper tickets from Vons and had scanned them into the app and used 2 of the days in Jan. 2020. We have one day remaining, but they have disappeared from the app. I called customer service and was told it was a known issue, but there’s not much they can do about it since I purchased them from Vons and the physical tickets are lost. The cast member said that they can’t see the tickets on their end despite the fact that I received the email stating that I am a current ticket holder. They sent a message to IT, but that is all they could do. I did not take a picture of the back of the tickets or have any record of them on my end except the charge of $762 from my bank. I called Vons, but their records only go back 3 months for gift cards. Can anyone offer advice on who I can contact at Disney for help? Clearly they have a record of these tickets or else I wouldn’t have received the email. Thank you!
