Lost photopass pictures

My photos are not on line and seem to be lost . I filled out the application to try to have them located ,but I was wondering if anyone has had this problem before and what are the odds of Disney finding them??

Oue photopass photos were lost. We told them the exact time that the photos were taken and attached a picture we'd taken from that day. They were unable to find the pictures. I don't have a lot of faith.

They lost our boarding photo for the cruise. They did find some others from the parks, but it took alot of badgering to get it done.

They found ours!!! We were there when they first starting doing Photopass. I had no idea that I could look it up online, so I threw my card away. When I returned from my trip, I came to DIS and started reading about the new online service. I could have kicked myself!! I filled the information out online and I e-mailed back and forth with more than one person at Disney for a little over a week and they found them. They kept asking more specific questions each time, but they were able to find all of the pictures. Plus an extra little boy who isn't ours. So, there is a chance that they will find them.

They found mine.

Originally, They couldn't find mine because i was a little off on the time I entered the parks for the photos.

I was able to get a more accurate time that I entered the parks after they told me they couldn't find the pictures. I e-mailed them back with the corrected times, and they found them all.
