Lost photopass card :(

So my kid did the JTA. we waited around all day for that particular attraction (I dunno if people just aren't reporting back, but despite following the tips and making a sign, we showed up for multiple shows today and he was only picked at the last show and we never got the chance to leave Tomorrowland because he had his heart set on being a Jedi....so, no, not all kids with signs get picked . )

Anyways, he finally got in and I was super excited to get a photopass card as I only have my iPhone for photos and I took vid instead during his turn. I was counting on photopass to get some great shots for me. Well I promptly lost the card! It was my first photopass card as we didn't do much of anything else today. Is there a way to get those photos? Can I go back tomorrow and request them?

Actually, with Jedi Training Academy, you might have a good shot at getting at least some of your photos because you can be very specific about where and when the photos were taken.

Go to Main Street Photo Supply first thing tomorrow morning. Explain your lost card and give them the exact time of the JTA session you attended. They will probably be able to pick out photos of your son, providing he comes to the photo shop with you.

Don't worry, All is not lost!

We lost a card while in Disney. I actually didn't notice until we got home. I thought I was good about taking pics of the back of my photopass cards but I guess not! A few precious photos were missing.

Anyway I filled in the Disney form, uploaded a pic of our family and gave some of the times/dates of the pictures and they found the card! So I was able to get all my pics. There was a link to do this right on the photopass website.

But I agree w/ the pp that you might want to try your luck while you are in Disney. The sooner you ask the more likely they will find your photos. I would also recommend the photopass shop at downtown Disney. I had them combine a bunch of cards before we left. Also the Jedi photo cards have the pictures of all the kids so I had them take just the pics of my kids off the cards. They were very helpful and I'm sure they would do what they could to help find the missing card.

Where is the downtown Disney photopass shop? The Lego store claimed there wasn't one and told me to just call Disney guest services :-/

I'm not great at directions, but its on the side by once upon a toy. I think the team mickey athletic club was next to it. Its funny the lego store said there wasn't one, it actually isn't too far from the lego store.

I think guest relations was next to it too. Its a little confusing because they don't number it as a store on the map. You have to look at the guest services section of the map to see the key that shows where the photopass store is. I actually noticed a sign pointing to it where I was there... that is how I found it.

There isn't one in DTD. You'll need to go to one of the parks to do it in person. The one in DL is at the end of mainstreet on the right, just before Plaza Inn and the baby care center.

I believe ForMyBoys is thinking of the DTD in Florida. In California Photopass locations are solely inside the parks. In Disneyland it's in the Main Street Photo Shop, at DCA it's at the Kingswell Photo Supply.

As other posters have said, the sooner you report this to the Photopass CMs, the easier it will be to retrieve your photos. Be as specific as possible about dates, times, clothing worn, message on the sign, etc. to help the CMs pinpoint your pics. If you will be doing this in person, the CM will show you the photos on the screen so you can help identify which ones are yours. And, just for future reference, always take a picture of the back of your photopass (make sure the barcode number is clear) for emergencies like this! That way you can just show the barcode number at the Photopass counter.
