Lost My DMR Points! :(

I logged into my DMR account this morning to add the 5 bonus points from the first day of the ABC family 25 days of Christmas, and my account is empty! I had over 3600 points, and now I have nothing!

just contact them with the "these are not my points" button. They are really good about it.

Also, double check to make sure that you are not logged into another Disney site under a name different than what you use for your DMR account because it will give you a new DMR account that will have 0 points.

thanks i clicked that button, and it didn't do anything. not sure where i go from here. i tried logging in using both my e-mail and my username, and both are 0 points.

How long has it been since you last logged in? If it's been more than 210 days, you lose your points. I lost a TON of points a few years ago this way.

Hopefully in your case it's just a mistake.
